Crunchyroll has just announced on their website the Fall 2010 anime titles that will be streamed on their website, starting this October.
Crunchyroll, the popular video streaming website, has announced the anime titles that will now be included in their content line-up starting Autumn (Fall) 2010, which will start this October. And starting this Fall, Crunchyroll will now be adding 16 more series from the Japanese entertainment giant Kadokawa Pictures, Inc.
Anime titles from Kadokawa Pictures that will be included on the Fall 2010 line-up are Sora no Otoshimono: Forte, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, and Fortune Arterial: Akai Yakusoku, which will be streamed the same as it was aired in Japanese television. But aside from the three new series, Crunchyroll will also add 13 past titles also from Kadokawa, which will be announced on a later time.
Sora no Otoshimono: Forte, Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, and Fortune Arterial will be available in North and South America, the Middle East, Africa, Some European Countries such as United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, and fortunately… Here in the Philippines.
Crunchyroll’s Japan office President Vince Shortino said on an interview with Anime News Network: “Kadokawa Pictures is a key partner of Crunchyroll, and this broad expansion of our partnership shows not just Kadokawa Pictures’ interest in digital, but its forward-thinking vision. We look forward to presenting their content to a worldwide audience, creating new monetization opportunities, fighting piracy with a legitimate alternative and promoting the Kadokawa Pictures brand.”
Aside from the three (3) Kadokawa Titles, Crunchyroll will also air the second season of Tegami Bachi: Letter Bee, Kami Nomizo Shiru Sekai, Shinryaku! Ika Musume (Squid Girl), and Super Robot Taisen OG: The Inspector. Take note that some of the anime series here may not be available in some areas, particularly here in the Philippines.
Last January 1st, ZEN Otaku Honbu has been rebranded as Anime Pilipinas.
