But most followers believe it was “worth the wait.”
As you may know, Fairy Tail premiered on GMA Channel 07 last week. We have asked our followers on twitter and likers on facebook on what do they think about Channel 07′s airing of the series. We asked if the airing was worth the wait, or just a waste of their 20 minutes.
Here is what some twitter followers think on the first day airing…
And here are some of our favorites on facebook…

The facebook user thinks that the airing was nice, but had described the scene that was cut.

This facebook user has described himself as a kapamilya (an avid watcher of ABS-CBN, the main competitor of GMA Network), but he had enjoyed watching Fairy Tail. But he also said that he does not like the cuts and the dubbing, except for Lucy Heartfilla’s voice.
He also told the page followers that everyone should be happy if the commercials are coming from advertisers, and also describe the differences between the two networks.

This facebook user think that the voices were OK, but the user hate the “cuteness” of the voices. And the user also noticed the scenes that were cut.
Most people had appreciated that they have aired the Opening theme song on the premiere day. But there had been some differences of opinion when it comes to the dubbing aspect of the anime, though it could be subjective.
Almost all people who have watched last October 31, they said that it was “worth the wait.”
But in the next few days, it was a different story. Here are some comments from different sources that doesn’t require censors.

Almost all viewers were complaining on how the programme was shorten, and the cuts were obvious. And there are some who complains about the commercials airing, and how many it is, but some may argue that it is actually a good thing because the advertisers believe that many people are watching Fairy Tail and the network is getting revenues for the programme.
Discussions continue about Fairy Tail and other anime programmes airing in the Philippines, just go to our facebook page at fb.zenhonbuph.net, or go to twitter & use the hashtag #FairyTailGMA.
