New anime series, a collaboration of CLAMP and Production I.G.
The promotional video of the new vampire-themed series Blood-C is now available on their official website.
The promo also announced that the anime will premiere on July 07, and will be aired on MBS (Kansai region) and TBS (Tokyo).
Also, the website has revealed the main cast for the anime series.
Nana Mizuki, who played the roles of Lan Fan (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood), Hinata Hyuuga (Naruto series) and Fate Testarossa (Magical Lyrical Girl Nanoha), will play the lead role of Saya Kisaragi.

Blood-C will also have a theatrical film version next year.
Blood-C is a collaboration of CLAMP and Production I.G. CLAMP, the manga creator team responsible for Cardcaptor Sakura, Chobits, and the character design of Code Geass: The Lelouch of the Rebellion, will handle the story and its character designs, while Production I.G. will be responsible for the animation.
The anime series was announced on the May issue of Kadokawa Shoten’s Shounen Ace magazine, which was released last March. The anime series will also have its own manga adaptation by Ranmaru Kotone, which will be launched on the July issue of Shounen Ace this May.
Tsutomu Mizushima is directing the anime series with creative supervision by Blood: The Last Vampire planning assistant and Blood+ director Junichi Fujisaku.
